Before ranking attractions, agree who sleeps where and which costs the group shares. Avoid making one person the sole keeper of every booking and address.
Plan rooms, not only headcount
Villa Rumah Wayan has four bungalows. Each unit’s base arrangement includes two guests; a third guest involves extra-bed conditions. For six people, two units with three guests each and three units with two each differ in sleeping setup and cost. Agree preferences, then check the request form and discuss availability with staff.
Separate shared and personal spending
Accommodation and cars might be shared, while shopping and some drinks remain individual. Record date, category, currency and payer. Agree how currency conversion will be handled so settlement after the trip is straightforward.
Tell the driver about luggage
Six passengers with six large suitcases are not the same booking as six with hand luggage. Confirm capacity with the provider rather than relying only on seat count. For split vehicles, give each group the address and contact details. Plan separately for travellers on different flights.
Allow independent time
Choose one clear group meeting, such as an afternoon meal, and a way to report delays. Independent mornings can suit different interests. If returning separately at night, agree a simple arrival check-in.
Exclusive booking is not automatic party permission
With a partial-property booking, the pool and garden are shared with other guests. Even a request for all units does not automatically permit events, outside guests or amplified music. Explain the intended use before booking and share the stay conditions with everyone.
